product design case study
TilliT is a manufacturing’s do-it-all digital platform; its founders experienced first-hand the consistent gaps manufacturers found in digitalising operations.
Our partnership with TilliT was established to enhance the user experience of their platform. We focused on ensuring that user needs were prioritized and that the overall experience remained consistent across the entire platform. In addition to designing the user interface and optimizing the user experience, our team at N4VA.digital also provided support with LinkedIn assets, PowerPoint templates, and mentored TilliT’s product designer. Our goal was to cultivate a product culture that would endure in the long run, showcasing the remarkable capabilities of an all-in-one digital studio.
At TilliT we created a design cadence that would deliver enough assets to the development team at the same time we were experimenting with new ideas.
Our involvement extended beyond superficial design changes. We conducted an in-depth exploration of the platform’s user experience, delving into the pain points from the users’ perspective.
Quick and simple designs on paper, good enough so we could communicate the solution we believe could improve the experience.
After the team has agreed on the solution, we went on and designed the components and interaction for every feature.
To ensure consistency across the platform, we have meticulously designed each and every component. Our collaborative approach involved working closely with the technology team, prioritizing feasibility and scalability at every step of the process.
We have formed a partnership with TilliT’s marketing team to collaborate on creating templates and implementing their visual communication strategy on LinkedIn.
We have worked closely alongside the product leadership to assist in crafting the visual communication component, which often serves as the initial introduction to the TilliT brand for individuals outside the organization.
